Excellent Customer Service

I purchased a car today from Astle automative and it was such a pleasurable experience. Scott is so knowledgeable about all his cars and cares about his customer needs. I felt at ease choosing the car as there was no pressure selling and Scott went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the car. Excellent Service!

Looking to replace my vehicle, the only place I would go ! This is the fourth vehicle I have bought here and once again got just the vehicle I wanted, in excellent condition. There was no pressure to buy and the seller took time to make sure I was happy about all the features of the vehicle before I left. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this seller !!

Cannot praise this dealer enough!

It has been a pleasure to deal with Astle Automotive. I test drove a couple of cars and wasn't given the 'hard sell'. The range of cars at AA were all really good examples of their make/model and looked brand new. The handover was easy and straightforward with the business owner giving me a full overview of the vehicle and it's history, and where to locate all the gadgets (without having to read the manual). I would definitely purchase from Astle Automotives again and have already passed their details on to friends and family.

Oops, i bought a Smart car

Scott helped me throughout. His knowledge of cars in general and the make + model I was buying in particular gave me confidence. The car, though 15 years old was absolutely immaculate; I put this down to an OCD level of attention to detail in the way the car was presented. The sales process was very enjoyable. Scott shared his vast knowledge but in a hassle free, zero pressure sales technique which I found very enjoyable. Communication throughout was first class and he even delivered the car to my front door. I'd happily recommend Astle Automotive to absolutely everyone.

Exceptional service

I recently purchased a new car from Astle automotive, the service was exceptional and I couldnt be more happy with it. When collecting the car, he took the time to explain all the features and made sure I knew where everything was, I didn't feel pressured or rushed at any point.
