Another satisfied customer

If you are like me and have usually gone to a main dealer for a new car , it can be daunting to go to a "second hand dealer" . However Astle Automotive was very near my home and Scott had the very car I was looking for. I was quite nervous to go to a farm location instead of a shiny main dealer . However as soon as I got there I was reassured and agree with all the other reviews about Scott. He was very patient with all my questions and as many others say, was willing to go the extra mile and agree to my requests even going beyond what I asked. He went through the quite complicated process of taking my car in part ex and registering my new car very smoothly and I am pleased to say I have all my new documents in order. It has been a learning process to get used to my new Kia Picanto from a larger diesel car but he talked me through that as well. Like others , I was also impressed by his knowledge and open and friendly manner and never felt pressurized in any way.

A very happy customer

A small off the beaten track second hand car dealer ....thats well worth tracking down. On offer on our visit was a good selection of very well priced and immaculately presented cars. Scott was very helpful, accommodating with a laid back approach, being more than happy to take time to show us round and test drive several cars . We did purchased a car (A Toyota Aygo) and would recommend anyone looking for a car to visit and see what's on offer. I would suggest phoning first rather than just turning up.

First Class Service

Overall a stress-free and pleasant experience, I've not been particularly looking forward to buying a new car but Scott took a lot of the stress out of it; I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy. Scott is friendly and knowlegable and arranged a look at the car with very short notice. Very happy with car itself too, looks great and drives fantastic. Would highly recommend Astle Automotive to anyone/everyone.

Great Experience

Honest knowledgable garage with no pressure to purchase. Scott is a really nice honest chap selling good quality cars. Ours was from a main agent - a trade in, with full history, a lovely car. All the cars seemed of good quality and well cared for with low mileage. All round it was a great experience for us, from making the first call to driving our car away took less than 3 hours. Friendly and professional service

Showed up not realising it was by appointment only, Scott was very accommodating and got the car we were interested in ready for a test drive immediately! All his cars are spotless inside, thoroughly cleaned. Scott was really friendly and professional from start to finish with absolutely no pressure. Cant reccomend this company enough, cheers Scott!
