Scott was very knowledgeable on the Toyota we were purchasing, a very friendly and professional approach, I would definitely recommend his services.

I’d been looking for an Aygo for a while. Trying to tick all the boxes on my spec must have list. Astle Automotive had a few cars of interest to me. I could see from the condition, low mileage, service records of the cars that they were being selected carefully and the prices were realistic. One car in particular stood out for my needs. I phoned through and spoke with Scott. Pleasantly surprised immediately. We discussed the car and arranged a viewing. Scott is approachable, helpful, knowledgable and a great communicator. “Yes, I’ll buy the car! Can’t pick it up for a week though.” No problem. Day of collection every part of the transaction and paperwork went like clockwork. Scott gave me confidence that all points had been covered correctly. Excellent Experience

Had a very relaxed experience buying a car from Scott. There were 3 vehicles in our budget so had good choice and test drives were available on each if wanted. Scott gave us plenty of time to decide, not pushy at all. All service information ready to view, car immaculately turned out when we picked up this morning. Great Customer Service!

Scott is very friendly and knowledgeable and not in the least bit pushy! Even told me to take my time and not rush into buying. I test drove 2 of his cars and bought the Toyota Yaris which was immaculate inside and out apart from the odd little bits you would expect from an 8 year old car. The car came with full dealer service history and Scott took the time to explain everything and said I could ring if I needed any more information. He even picked me up from the station the day I bought the car! Excellent Service! Would definitely recommend!

BUYING A CAR MADE EASY

Due to the care that Astle Automotive take sourcing their quality used cars, the 2015 Yaris I bought sold itself. Exactly as described, main dealership FSH, low mileage, two previous owners, clean interior and exterior. Scott was a pleasure, not pushy, easy to contact, called me at the agreed time and completed all of the necessary paperwork. He's happy for me to contact him with any enquires I have about my Yaris and even offered to check that I was ordering the correct rubber mats for the car. thank you Scott
